Too good!!!! I've used the Audi garages in Naas and Kilkenny for ten years and they are so bad. Had a problem with my wife's car today and to say that these guys went above and beyond is an understatement. Audi should hang their heads in shame. Well done guys. Seriously impressed!

Nicest service centre I have ever been to. The staff are so friendly and helpful. They had me scheduled within a week of calling to fix a sensor issue on my Mazda3 and had it sorted in no time without any hassle. Clearly explained the issue and solution before proceeding with any work. Very welcoming and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend.

Bought a new Seat Ateca FR last January from TP Waters as a new customer. I will most certainly be back as it’s one of the few car dealers where they respect and treat their customers well. The deal which was made the previous year was honoured and the car can’t be faulted.

It was so quick and easy to apply for finance and calculate repayments on their website. I didn't need to take any time off work.But I have to admit that it was the human interaction which ultimately made the difference.Brian from the sales team called me the next day to introduce himself and arrange a test drive. He was extremely professional and courteous and he did his utmost to complete the sale promptly.When I collected the car a few days later it was fully serviced and in immaculate condition. Brian also took the time to bring me through the controls on the car before I left the forecourt.Brilliant level of service from TP Waters yet again!

Had a very positive experience buying a car here. As a woman in my 20s, I was apprehensive about going to a car dealership, but Brian was extremely approachable and helpful. Even when I had issues with my insurance, he was extremely helpful. Over the moon with the car.

Had the pleasure of dealing with the staff in T.P. Waters but in particular Brian.I booked a test drive for one particular model and Brian also offered me the option of driving another model too, which I did.Within a couple of days discussions (trade-in value, etc.) I had my new car within 4 days.Fantastic service and I can't recommend the guys enough.A very satisfied customer.
